Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch Times

• US Orders: Dispatched from our US warehouse within 3 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  
• International Orders (Rest of World): Dispatched from our UK warehouse once a week on Fridays.
  • Orders placed after 12pm BST/GMT Thursday will ship the following Friday.
    

Shipping Methods & Tracking

To keep shipping costs as affordable as possible, all orders are sent via untracked standard shipping.
Because packages are untracked, we cannot provide real-time location updates once your order leaves our warehouse. Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:

• US: 3–7 business days
  
• UK / Europe: 5–10 business days
  
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Customs & Import Taxes

• UK orders have no fees.
• EU orders will have these fees calculated and paid ahead of delivery (DDP).
• Other international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
